General Office Clerk

Various administrative support tasks are integral to this position, which include operating office equipment and completing general clerical work. The General Office Clerk is offered as a long-term contract / temporary role based in Sarasota, Florida.Your responsibilities in this roleCarry out correspondence according to prescribed style and format

Meet customers in a friendly manner

Handle support of diverse projects for other employees as necessary

Data entry, word processing, filing, scanning, copying, and faxing

Offer, as needed, support to front desk and receptionist duties

Provide accurate, friendly customer service without delay

Place and receive telephone calls Requirements - Ability to multitask and attention to detail are critical

Word and Excel experience preferred

Proven flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

This position requires a high school diploma or its equivalent

Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)

Efficient in handling office equipment

Document Scanning experience

Expertise in Scanning Documents

Deep understanding of Scanning Equipment

At least 1 year of Office Clerk experience preferred
