Loan Document Specialist

Position: Loan Document SpecialistPay: $18 - $20 hrLocation: St. Petersburg

The primary purpose of the Loan Documentation Specialist is to process and prepare loan origination and renewal documents for consumer and commercial loan products via the LaserPro software systems.

This position works with loan officers, title companies, and attorney's through all states of the document preparation and processing in accordance with established guidelines.

Prepares and reconciles the loan origination documents for commercial and consumer loans from the Loan Estimate to the Closing Disclosures.
