Job Description

Ensures guest satisfaction through prompt and efficient service in a courteous and professional manner. Greets, assists, and provides guests with information. Effectively provide guest services in Tipi Glamping Resort Area by supervising our team of Tipi Glamping Coordinators (team of 5-7 employees). The Luxury Glamping Supervisor’s goal is to lead by example in providing exceptional guests service.

DUTIES:

  • Provides Exceptional Guests’ Service s
  • Organizes, initiates, directs, and documents all communication between guests and the River Ranch Resort and Rodeo
  • Ensures there is follow-through at every service moment.
  • Schedules shifts
  • Provides Training
  • Registers guest at the Front Desk
  • Works closely with the Front Office Manager, Manager on Duty and General Manager to ensure all guest request are fulfilled.
  • Greets, register, and escorts guests to assigned Tipi Glamping Tents.
  • Clean all gas grills and area around Tipi Glamping Tents.
  • Use online booking service with IPad and register guest activities.
  • Make pre-screen calls to all reservations prior to arrival.
  • Transmits and receives telephone calls to pre-register guest for all Resort Activities and Functions andcheck for Special Needs.
  • Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services; registration of guests; and shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions, and all other matters for which the guests might inquire.
  • Makes and confirms reservations for all guests in the Tipi Glamping area at all Resort Activities.
  • Arranges for and/or serves Food & Beverage related activities throughout the day.
  • Makes restaurant, transportation, or entertainment reservations.
  • Inspects all Tents and Tipi Glamping Grounds for Maintenance and Housekeeping issues and resolvesthe issues before guests arrive.
  • Makes sure nightly camp fire is prepared and adequate fire wood is supplied to Tipi Glampers.
  • Able to listen and find solutions to guests problems
  • May be used to substitute in the Glamping area in the event Glamping Coordinators abscents.
  • May be asked to work in other areas of the resort and outlets as seen deemed fit for the operations of the resort.

Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Requirements:

  • Smoke and tobacco free workplace (We do not hire smokers or tobacco users)
  • Able to pass a criminal background, drug & alcohol test.
  • Must have a valid driver license, be at least 18 to drive company golf carts and be at least 21 to drive tagged company vehicles.
  • Must comply with company vehicle insurance policy.
  • Pass a driver license check by the company insurance company.
  • Able to work all weekends and holidays
  • Previous Supervisor/Manager experience in a similar setting: upscale/4 diamond service level resort or hotel.
