Network Technician Journeyman -Provides support for telecommunications systems including maintaining networking equipment installation of systems, including equipment and cabling, and maintaining remote linkages. Maintain modems for remotes and wide area linkages. Knowledge of the technical and operational capabilities and implementation procedures. Must possess an understanding of PC communications and configuration of network cards; as well as an understanding of data entry principles. Able to understand network cabling practices and procedures.
