Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years directly related experience

Awareness of safety issues, follows safety rules, maintains a safe work environment

Install, repair and maintain straight cool, heat pump, gas furnace, split systems and package units

Working knowledge of Florida HVAC code

Have great communication skills and practiced documentation skills

Trained in hands-on equipment maintenance

Experience in HVAC installation and maintenance and troubleshooting and repair

Attention to detail

Good attendance history

Familiar with all equipment for troubleshooting HVAC problems

Comfortable using assorted power tools

Must be able to work overtime as needed and be on-call when required

Must have a valid Florida drivers license (clean driving record)
