Plumbers Wanted

Job Description:

Install plumbing pipe, valves, fittings and fixtures in buildings contracted with the company. Installation be per code with professional quality and safety at all times.

May be required to work unusual hours, holidays, and weekends

Must constantly protect the interests of the company and promote its success

Knowledge and experience of the principles, methods, tools, and equipment used in the trade

Must be able to layout, rough in and finish out plumbing work

Must be knowledgeable and have the ability to safely operate hand and power tools

Ability to calculate basic math problems and formulas

Able to read and understand blueprints and specifications

Locate, mark, make penetrations in floors, walls and roofs as needed for piping installation

Being comfortable working in confined spaces

Able to install all piping straight, level, plumb, and cleanly, to code in a professional workmanship manner

Test and verify plumbing as directed

Able to follow oral and or written directions

Able to instruct and train unskilled workers in a safe manner

Must be knowledgeable of local plumbing codes

Ability to establish and maintain positive and cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work at all levels, including a culturally diverse general public, with a focus on quality service to all
