Responsibilities:

We are seeking an Independent Contractor to fill the Handyman/Maintenance Field Tech role.

Role Includes:

Perform various general repair and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other handyman services.

Assess and troubleshoot issues on-site, providing efficient and effective solutions.

Manage and prioritize multiple tasks, ensuring timely completion of all assignments.

Communicate clearly with team members to understand requirements and deliver quality work.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.

Required Skills and Education:

High School Diploma or GED, preferred

Be willing to work at most 25 miles outside your area

Previous experience as a handyman or in a similar role (preferred).

Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Ability to think on your feet and solve problems independently.

Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.

Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks is a plus.

Willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Own basic tools necessary for the job.

Possess a reliable vehicle to transport tools and travel to job sites.
