Building Maintenance / Helper

We are looking for a building maintenance / helper for a commercial building in Winter Park. Hours available are from noon until 6:00pm. Will pay $18.00-$20.00/hour depending on experience & knowledge. Must have reliable transportation. Basic tools are desired but not required. Please respond with resume.
