Sales Associate Swimming Pool Supply Store

This position is responsible for keeping the store clean, performing water testing, filling Chlorine jugs, and helping with customer needs and ringing customers in the register.

Duties Include

Perform water balance testing, as needed, for customers

Cash out customer purchases accurately.

Process returns, with proper authority.

Help customer take purchases to vehicle.

Answer phones.

Help customers with purchase selections.

Help customers with purchases, carrying purchases to the car.

Ensure store is clean at all times; straighten shelves, dust shelves, keep furniture, displays and counter area clean.

Breakdown cardboard boxes.

Dump trash.

Stock acid.

Fill jugs/carry to customer car.

Clean store.

Report supply shortage.

May perform repairs on Pool Cleaners.

Remove all price stickers from returned items.

Any other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma (or equivalent)

Must be 18 years of age

Provide exceptional customer service

Can lift 50 lbs.

Bilingual a plus
