KITCHEN MANAGER/HEAD COOK

Working Head Cook/Kitchen Manager position open in Longwood, FL. Must have experience in organizing/ordering inventory, keeping kitchen up to Health Inspection guidelines, managing/cooking in the kitchen, setting up menu recipes, organizing specials, and keeping food costs and labor costs at a minimum.
