We deliver these solutions through our global network that cater to customers in more than 100 countries. “Hire to Retire” (H2R) is one of the global Business Lines of GBS, offering HR services along the complete lifecycle of an employee.Business Line Head – H2R North AmericaIn this role you will lead the H2R business for North America currently serving more than 50,000 employees across multiple Siemens organizations, and collaborate through a sophisticated network of front office, back office and vendor operations. You will be responsible for customer relationships to our key partners at CxO levels in order to establish a thriving partnership. As a direct report to the Global H2R Leadership team, you will contribute through your direct insights and business ideas to the strategic direction of the business line while impacting top and bottom line.In this highly influential role, you will: Lead with customer and user-experience centricity and ambition for outstanding service delivery and business value creation Utilize strong business insight and financial acuity from service volume, cost, saving, and profit perspective to drive transformative process design in a VUCA world Innovate and problem solve, constantly scanning the landscape for opportunities to simplify/automate processes using modern technologies that improve employee experiences Influence and promote collaboration within a globally networked organization Enable a culture of trust and high-performance thereby fueling the full potential of people within your team and developing a bench for future leadership roles Get into the details to understand root causes and how to fix issues; then, elevate to higher level strategic view to assess overall situations and build long term action plansYour qualifications include: Bachelor’s Degree required.
