All current and newly hired employees are required to follow onsite safety measures based upon the COVID-19 Community Level at the specific work location.Description:Lockheed Martin's Missiles and Fire Control business is experiencing some substantial growth at our campus in Orlando, FL.

We are seeing a Systems Engineer to develop top-level and derived requirements for potential contract opportunities.

This role will also include Anti-Tamper (AT) design, implementation, deployment, and maintenance of state of the art security architectures and countermeasures to protect and enable innovative new Lockheed Martin products.

As part of this role, you will be expected to work with the various design teams to make sure the allocated requirements are properly integrated, interface with major suppliers to make sure requirements are captured and qualified, support full systems qualification of a new missile, and provide flight test support.

Essential tasks for this key role include:• Performing technical execution of requirements analyses, and trade study execution.• Development of system concept and architecture definition.• Establishing requirements development, flow down, and traceability.• Completion of Technical Data Package through preparation of Specifications, Interface Control Documents, Design documentation, and Test Requirement documentation.• Management of requirements, establishing/maintaining of baselines, organization of verification artifacts, as well as tracking of pertinent requirements management metrics using DOORS as the digital repository requirements database.• Creating and presenting PowerPoint presentations at key program and technical reviews throughout the program lifecycle.• Coordination and execution of requirements verification activities.• Supporting major program reviews• Interfacing with customers, suppliers, interdisciplinary groups, and IPT leads.• Perform System functionality and architecture definition including system states and modes, and anti-tamper and/or cyber security design features.• AT Subsystem design, to include requirements development, trade studies, implementation, and maturation of AT features• Develop model-based Systems Engineering diagrams and timing assessments to characterize system behavior for applicable use cases.• Define Anti-Tamper capabilities related to such areas as secure boot, cryptography & key management, active sensing and system responses.• Communicate / coordinate with program leadership personnel, external customers and independent government review team personnel.• Define procedures for Development and Production environments and create handling / operations plans specific to Program Protection implementation.• Participate in internal and external working groups, technical interchange meetings and program milestone reviews.• Provide status and analysis for Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for Anti-Tamper (AT) programs and/or IRAD efforts in sufficient detail to monitor progress and identify performance issues in a timely manner. Communicate schedule impacts and propose corrective actions to applicable stakeholders.• Participate in component and technology assessments.

To be considered for this role you must currently hold a Secret clearance with a background investigation within the last 5 years.

#MFC22Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or Physics• 9+ years in the fields of Cybersecurity and/or Anti-Tamper, including system design, vulnerability assessment, and/or technology development.• Good understanding of security protocol design and analysis, firmware and embedded OS design principles.• Understanding of NSA-approved cryptographic standards and methods.• Knowledge of cryptographic solutions, to include secure boot implementations, cryptographic key management, and/or secure processing.• Familiarity with the Systems Engineering process and its application to program life cycle• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Must currently hold a Secret clearance with a background investigation within the last 5 years.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
