RESPONSIBILITIES:A Kforce client is seeking a Web Producer in Orlando, FL.

Summary:The Web Producer helps to facilitate the content and technical objectives for Web and Mobile initiatives. This role will lead major and minor projects relating to site content and features that translate to the core functionality across the web and mobile entities. In addition, this person will assist with the ecommerce strategic monthly goals, working with development and creative teams, to help with project and campaign execution.

Duties: Web Producer will be responsible for set up and execution of all daily/weekly/monthly website changes including managing data related to product information, promotions, and pricing Manages day to day activities within the Ecommerce team and help make a direct impact on business processes Management of site performance tools to aid in site enhancements and page stability Oversee the testing and personalization of content/functionality to the website from development environments to the live websites As a Web Producer, you will assist with managing all site-related issues from internal or external departments Help team prioritize and traffic all new website requests and enhanced functionality Work as project manager for digital campaigns by leading strategy, leveraging resources/tools, establishing plans, and delivering projects on time and within budget Leverage data and business acumen to identify and respond to trends in the business that may impact site initiatives Own the website user experience and help lead conversations and campaigns with the customer journey in mind Facilitates, coaches, and drives productive discussions with cross functional teams throughout the organization to help drive ecommerce goals Remains on track towards meeting project milestones and achieving pre-defined goals

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree required Three or more years of previous experience in digital and/or software product management; retail preferred, but not required Content Management System knowledge around execution, set up and delivery Ability to cultivate productive cross-departmental relationships Proven project management skills Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office applications Experience with the following: UX/UI design and development, HTML, project planning systems, content management systems, and Ecommerce platforms ADOBE CMS (AEM) experience preferred Additional Notes: Little to no travel
