As a Financial Services/Evaluation Specialist in the Financial Sales department at Camali Services, you will play an integral role in our mission to provide the best customer service a company has to offer. Your main goal will be to educate customers on the debt-relief services we offer and provide sound recommendations to help customers regain control of their finances. Other responsibilities include:

• Be professional, courteous, and empathetic. Discussing finances is sensitive, and we need Evaluation Specialists who can keep private information confidential and be compassionate when dealing with customers.
• Meet with customers to discuss their consumer debt and overall financial goals.
• Address customers’ questions or concerns in a direct yet professional manner.
• Stay reasonably aware of trends that could influence interest rates on consumer loans and be able to provide sound advice to customers based on those observations.
• Participate in training on service offerings to enhance knowledge.
• Above all else, treat every customer with respect by making sure they are heard and feel comfortable to discuss their finances.

Qualifications

Financial Services/Evaluation Specialist Requirements:

• Personable, empathetic, and customer-oriented.
• Strong work ethic and a drive to help others.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• 1-2 years in a customer-facing role is a strong asset.
• 1-2 years experience in the financial industry, such as Debt Advisor, Debt Manager, Financial Consultant, Financial Client Services Associate, etc. is an asset.
• General understanding of loans, specifically credit cards, mortgages, personal loans, etc. is an asset.
• Background in economics is a plus but not required.
