Job Description

The ideal candidate should possess strong account management skills and be a proven people leader. They should have the ability to deliver services as per agreed service levels, manage workflows in a distributed work environment, and lead or participate actively in contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Salary range: $50000 - $60000 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the customer communication relationship during the sales fulfillment process.

  • Coordinate presales deliverables and share key information between the client and sales team.

  • Maintain quick response times between clients and all internal teams.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across business and product.

  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.

  • Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our product.

Qualifications

  • Degree required, preferably in Communications, Marketing or similar.

  • Prior to customer or client service work or related experience strongly preferred.

  • Account management or other relevant experience is an asset.

  • Ability to handle a high volume, complex inquiries, and high-profile client base

  • Effective presentation and training skills required

  • Effective collaboration and problem-solving skills required

  • Ability to multi-task, manage through conflict, and use priority setting to accomplish goals required.

  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
