  • Excellent communications skills (Written, Oral and Aural)
  • Minimum 4 years' experience working in Enterprise Support Delivery environments.
  • Strong ability to manage customer escalations.
  • Excellent Customer management \ Customer handling skills.
  • Ability to assimilate knowledge quickly in relation to Product, Technologies and Enterprise Support Processes and Procedures
  • Excellent and proven problem solving skills\knowledge Strong Team player and mindset
  • Proven experience of working with Cloud computing technologies and an understanding of cloud based architecture
  • Understanding of Software Development Methodologies (experience of developing enterprise s/ware or experience debugging Object Oriented code (Java preferred, or other relevant technologies) Experience providing SaaS support
Work Location:Open to candidates from across the EAST Coast U.S on the provison that they understand the expectation of working in the Orlando

Core Skills:· Knowledge on LDAP/ActiveDirectory, SSO, SAML Flow, OAuthor other authentication or user management systems (e.g. Azure AD, Okta. SAML, SiteMinder) · Understanding of EmailInfrastructure (e.g. Exchange, Office 365, Postfix) · Knowledge of WebServices (client and server) (SOAP, REST) · Knowledge on Network infrastructure (VPN and IP addressing) and debugging, ping, telnet, traceroute, WinMTR · Knowledge of certificates, SSL, certificate chains, certificate signing, use of openssl · Experience in anybi-directional, automated integration between two systems · DataExtraction and Transformation Technologies (e.g. JDBC, ODBC, SFTP) or ETL integrations · Experience in one (or more) scripting languages: JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, Windows Shell · Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle). · Experience using Linux/Unix from the command line, vi, grep, sed, etc. · Demonstrated ability to understand the problem statement and troubleshoot complex technical issues with ease · Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate solutions to complex technical problems · Strong personal commitment to quality and customer service · Ability to multi-task and efficiently manage case backlog · Should be a team player working efficiently in a collaborative environment · Leading investigation and resolving complex issues and escalations while demonstrating exceptional technical understanding, business process and customer needs in timely manner.
