Job Description

SUMMARY

Receives, researches and responds to all incoming written correspondence.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Keeps track of received letters and source documents.
  • Investigates all incoming mail and other sources of complaint/ issues in all programs including but not limited to CSD, Owner Relations Database and MR Apps.
  • Make necessary corrections to information entered into the database.
  • Compiles sorts and verifies all information received to respond to owner/guest issues.
  • Keeps record of work completed.
  • Files or routes letter and source documents after entry.
  • Answer incoming calls; create issue and if necessary forward issue to proper department.
  • Communicate with our owners and guests on behalf of Mr. Siegel
  • Diffuse escalated issues in the best interest of the Company
  • Communicate rationally with irate owners and guests
