Residential Drafter - Remote Only

We are looking for someone with moderate experience in drafting basic sets of working drawings from hard lined design development to construction documents. This person should possess a basic knowledge of residential construction and have a general understanding of Architectural Graphic Standards.

- Produce lot specific sets of plans

- Process Plan Change Requests and reproduce accurate deliverables per Client Request

- Draft basic sets of working drawings

- Draft supplemental drawings (such as option diagrams, sales collateral, etc.)

- Use latest version of ACAD and current SDS Drafting Standards to maintain construction drawings

- Draft redline markups within established timeframes

Requirements:

- Must have effective oral and written communication skills

- Must have working knowledge of current local building codes and construction techniques (multi-state knowledge is a plus!)

- Must have ability to work with minimum supervision and self-check for accuracy

- Must have ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, timed environment

- 2+ years of architectural drafting experience, with latest versions of AutoCAD

- Revit knowledge is a plus!
