FL Licensed (220, 20-44, 220 required) Insurance Customer Service Rep

FL Ins License is required to apply: We are looking for that right person to join our team as the next best customer service representative. Customer service is the life support of our agency. A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide support, information and resolve any emerging issues that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Job duties include but are not limited to:

Assist in all types of policy changes

Answer incoming calls

Explaining coverage to clients

Help in re-shopping existing customers policies

Support the team

Cross-selling to mono-line clients

Requirements

220, 440 or 20-44 License REQUIRED

Prior personal lines agency experience REQUIRED

Proven customer support experience

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

Customer orientated and ability to adapt to different types of clients

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
