Maintenance Helper

Need FT Apartment Maintenance Tech Assistant. Be able to follow directions. Make general appliance repairs, basic maintenance functions, basic plumbing and electrical repairs. Willing to perform carpentry, painting and plumbing duties aas assigned. Assist with installing appliances and electrical fixtures as needed. Assist with repairing door locks and deadbolt locks. Handles designated service requests in a timely manner. Reports any maintenance problems - whether you are told or not, if you see a need. Works on call, weekends, holidays and evening on emergency basis. Normal hours are Monday - Friday.

Must be able to pass Drug/Background Screening.
