Job Description

We are looking to hire an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper for long-term, full-time employment with experience in job cost accounting in the construction industry. In this role you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of accounting duties for the company. This includes entering vendor invoices, recording customer payments customers, reconciling bank statements, processing timesheets, performing job cost accounting entries, collecting necessary releases, etc

To ensure success as a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you should have advanced knowledge of accounting, experience with job cost accounting, and have a good eye for detail. A skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper efficiently handles all the accounting needs of the company, streamlining the business.

Full Charge Bookkeeper Responsibilities:

· Managing the full cycle of accounting activities for the company.

· Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.

· Collecting vendor lien releases.

· Reconciling bank statements.

· Maintaining the accuracy of the general ledger.

· Processing employee timesheets and managing payroll.

· Preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements.

· Accurately recording job cost entries.

Full Charge Bookkeeper Requirements:

· Previous experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper in a construction industry.

· Advanced knowledge of job cost accounting.

· Experience preparing financial statements.

· Self-sufficient and self-motivated.

· Attention to detail.

· Good communication skills.
