Transaction Coordinator

Manufactured Home Dealer located in Bushnell is looking for a transaction coordinator. This person would be responsible to take over after the contract is signed. They would be completing permit paperwork, submitting for permits (online), coordinating well and septic quote and contractors.

This is a full time position. 9 to 5pm, Monday thru Friday.

Need someone with a positive attitude and can multi task. Real estate experience preferred but not required. Spanish speaking would be beneficial.
