Title: Sr Axis Operations Specialist

Division: Arthrex, Inc. (US01)

Location: Naples, FL

Main Objective:

The Senior Specialist - AXIS Operations will be responsible for managing assigned projects within the AXIS ABD Team around the development and adoption of the AXIS Salesforce.com platform. The person in this role will be responsible for a variety of projects as assigned with the ultimate goal of delivering automated solutions within AXIS that streamline business efficiencies. The role will heavily liaise with the Corporate Communications, Marketing and Medical Education departments to identify and implement process and workflow improvements before designing requirements for inclusion in the AXIS system. Experience in change management, the ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are key to successful performance in this role.

Our ideal candidate is someone who can partner with both the business and GIS, understand the ask and translate it into Salesforce.com potential solutions and requirements. Once completed, this individual will also be required to put together training materials and conduct user training. This individual must be highly organized, self-motivated and able to work both independently and with a team. You are adaptable to changing priorities, make strong collaborative relationships and are able to perform a wide variety of duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the management of the AXIS program development and adoption across the organization
  • Work on multiple, high-impact projects responsible for driving initiatives from conception to implementation while regularly updating stakeholders and the AXIS leadership team on project progress. Meet defined milestones and delivery dates.
  • As a junior member of the AXIS leadership team, assist with strategy, management and development of Arthrex s internal department integrations into the AXIS system to identify ways to drive increased revenue, streamline operational efficiencies, and provide a full customer 360 degree view to both our sales agents and our internal users.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders, including Corporate Communications, Medical Education and Marketing to deliver business process efficiencies utilizing our AXIS platform.
  • Assist the AXIS Program Director in ensuring cross-team dependencies are identified and managed successfully.
  • Develop and facilitate user training for new mechanisms, releases, and tools highlighting opportunities to self-serve in Salesforce.com.
  • Manage and perform data hygiene monitoring and cleaning required for the Corporate Communications, Marketing and Medical Education initiatives implemented within Salesforce.com (AXIS).
  • Provide support on chatter and phone for user related questions and comments.
  • Incidental Duties:

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelors degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field;
    • 2 years of Salesforce.com CRM experience required with demonstrated experience in building reports and dashboards;
    • Salesforce Administrator certification &advanced Salesforce certifications preferred
    • Strong analytical acumen and comfortable in designing and generating Salesforce and Einstein Analytics reporting
    • 7+ years relevant experience required preferably with an Orthopedic Medical device company
    • Arthrex/Arthrex Agency experience preferred
    • Operational understanding of existing Arthrex platforms such as SAP, Cornerstone, LMS, Creekside, Business Portal and Redspot preferred

    Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

    Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.

    Organized and prompt follow up skills necessary.

    Strong business technical writing skills and excellent communication/people skills.

    Ability to influence employees at all levels within organization.

    Strong understanding of the content flow between sales reps and Arthrex departments

    Excellent written and oral communication skills

    Machine, Tools and/or Equipment Skills:

    High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
