Title: Application Analyst I

Division: Arthrex, Inc. (US01)

Location: Naples

Main Objective:

Business application configuration and support in a manufacturing environment

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• End-User Support for Arthrex core application systems, specifically but not limited to Marketing platforms
• Knowledge expert in Arthrex core application systems
• Oversight and/or Expertise in application configuration, workflow configuration, and user support
• Participates in gathering user/customer requirements
• Ability to train users on Arthrex core application systems, specifically but not limited to Marketing platforms
• Maintain documentation and change control
• Analyze business process potentials for streamlining and improvements in efficiencies
• Project management

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors Degree required. Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
• 1 year experience in at least one of the following preferred:
• ERP Systems SAP and/or Oracle experience preferred
• Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Oracle discrete manufacturing experience a plus
• Product Lifecycle Management Systems Agile PLM experience a plus
• Marketing Systems Aprimo and/or Aprimo DAM experience preferred
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred (Medical Device manufacturing experience a plus)

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
• Aprimo, Aprimo DAM certifications a plus
