Brilliant Senior IT Tech - Windows / Network Engineer

We're a tight group of technology masters that's expanding and in need of two full time techs for on-site & remote work in Miami.More precisely, techs experienced in Windows server network design & support or wired/wireless network design & support, for our business clients from 25 to 500 users.

Right now there are two positions open – a Tier1 Support/Service Coordinator, and a Senior Technician

Key skills you have to really make it happen:

At least 2yrs actual tech work experience, since these are not entry-level learning positions

Basic Certifications: A+, Network+ for sure, and Svr 2012R2 or newer is a plus

Knows the desktop side in their sleep- reinstalls, removing malware, moving apps/data etc.

Definitely understands the core fundamentals of how things work, and able to apply thatso you can come up with brilliant solutions to uncommon problems without having to google every time (sometimes google is the key though)

Great English is required, but bilingual-Spanish is desired

and for the Senior Tech:

Windows Server installation and admin (AD, GPOs, DFS, SiteReplication, Security reporting, etc.)

Comfortable with enterprise firewalls (like Sonicwall/Fortinet/Watchguard), their layered firewall policies, content filtering and IPSec VPNs.

Familiar with Enterprise WiFi deployments (Ruckus, Aruba, Cisco etc.)

Autotask/Datto, Ruckus, Fortigate experience a plus!

Ability tocommunicate preciselyand Punctuality are essential. You'll also need your own reliable transportation, pass a background check & drug screening, and be eligible to work here, since we stick to the well-behaved Pros.
