I'm recruiting for a consultancy who works with clients who operate in the non-profit space. They are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join their amazing Salesforce team and dive right into their work. This organization is proud of their mission and wants someone who shares their passion for altruism and for all things Salesforce. In order to ensure the proper talent to join their group, they are offering a competitive compensation package:

Base Salary can go up to $180k. It can even go higher for the perfect candidate - they will not let a top notch candidate slip away due to salary constraints
Completely Remote Role
401k with 3% contribution from the company regardless of what you put in
16 paid holidays along with a company wide closing from Christmas to New Years

Paid training and certifications

What is expected of you if you get this role?

Serve as the lead technical consultant for projects such as implementations and integrations
Be an expert in all things Apex (Apex Triggers, Classes, and Asynchronous Apex, etc.).
Have mastery of the declarative tool kit, including flows, custom objects, etc.
Create Salesforce Lightning Web components, Visual Force pages, and Aura Components
Perform Unit Testing for any code that's scheduled to deployed

What qualifications do you need to bring to be considered for this role?

5 years of experience working as a Salesforce Developer
Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification REQUIRED, Platform Developer II Certification is a nice to have
Experience with Mulesoft is also preferred but not required
