This is a Contract-to-hire - candidates out of town will receive relocation and per diem expense Global Private Equity Firm with Headquarters in Miami Fla. and going through explosive growth, seeks a highly skilled Technology Leader with significant industry experience to lead the effort to assess the firm's business processes and data flows in an effort to streamline all global processes to scale technology in alignment with the firm's rapid growth. We are looking to make our business more efficient, integrated, secure and resilient. This includes everything from deal initiation and tracking, Asset Management, Investor Relations, Finance, Corporate Systems, HR and Data Warehouse. The end goal is to provide timely access to data outside of functional silos, remove duplications, and provide quick decision making based on these practices. We are looking for a consultant who is open to a Contract to hire relationship who has relevant industry experience and knowledge of best practices and IT tools to help deliver this transformation. The ideal candidate is a professional with significant industry experience in multiple Asset Management sectors, with a proven ability to work with C-level executive to successfully develop and drive strategic technology initiatives. An effective communicator; capable of aligning software technology and business goals.The individual should be capable of delivering a process which ultimately identifies weaknesses and propose solutions and for the selection and implementation of finance, asset management, and back-office software solutions.The candidate will also lead our efforts to implement change management across global organization to ensure adoption and minimize disruption during the transition. This requires working with multiple stakeholders across various functional and regional sectors.Our processes are typical of those in place at a private equity firm, including, but not limited to, investor relations management, deal initiation and tracking, asset management, fund accounting, management company accounting, financial reporting, legal and compliance processes, HR, and spend management, and all administrative functions.A candidate with both PE and IT expertise is requiredA change management certification such as PROSCI is a plus.Relocation and Per Diem Expense will be provided
