The ideal candidate is passionate about enhancing the customer experience journey by adding value to our industry leading RiskRecon product. We are looking for candidates that are highly motivated, intellectually curious, and possesses an analytical mindset.RoleIn this Experience Design role, you will drive the definition of customer-centric approach to product development and innovation, connecting end-customer insights to product definition, value propositions, long-term visions, and design decisions through the customer journey/product lifecycle. You will define success metrics and identify actionable insights that improves the product experience and business outcomes. You will partner with other design professionals on the complementary suite of cyber products (Cyber Secure, MCR, ORC, Cyber Insurance) as well as other integration featured products.Overview Leads the design of differentiated and scalable experiences that drive business objectives by meeting the needs of end-customers and partners in the value chain Primary competencies include concept ideation and solution design, defining and managing the customer journey, hypothesis testing through prototypes, feature articulation and user flows, interaction design, and optimizing the experience in commercializationResponsibilities Partner with Product Managers to define problem statement, defining deliverables and timelines and securing necessary resources Serve as primary point of contact on initiatives, providing day-to-day design leadership of RiskRecon (cyber and privacy) Host initiative-level sessions, contribute to design of research studies, and participate in product experience design workshops Make design decisions on initiatives, heavily guided by research findings Drive creation and adoption of design and experience patterns Manages product design initiatives to ensure overall success, including scope, resourcing and quality deliverables that meet stated goals in a timely fashion. Provide direction on initiatives Demonstrate and contribute to team values and culture priorities Surface growth and development opportunities for self and peersExperiences Experience in managing product design, including skillset in deploying best-practice methods to design and validate solutions.
