RESPONSIBILITIES:A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Senior IT Product Owner in Miami, Florida (FL).

Summary:The Senior IT Product Owner helps shape and drive strategy of digital products for the Food and Beverage team. This position collaborates with various business, technology, and operations team members to collect, analyze, synthesize requirements into product specifications, and definitions. They also translate direction into requirement documents, mind maps, user stories, and product specifications.

Responsibilities include: Prioritize the feature requirements, user stories developed into an agile backlog, and managing the requirements throughout the agile development lifecycle Senior IT Product Owner will manage the feature development and defect backlog of the broad development team daily to ensure priorities adhere to the product strategy Ensure the execution of creative assets developed in support of a feature, such as the visual design, content strategy, copywriting, adhere to the product vision, and direction Attend daily scrums with development studios to help drive priority decisions and remove roadblocks Senior IT Product Owner will support multiple cross-functional teams and development studios to ensure a solid understanding of the defined scope Effectively communicate changes in direction or priority shifts to cross-functional teams Provide frequent communication to product leaders on development progress, escalating any issues that could impact the budget, timeline, or strategic vision Senior IT Product Owner will partner with various departments to build and manage scope expectations (Pricing, Revenue Management, Marketing, Sales, Park Operations, etc.) Collaborate across the product team to ensure a seamless experience for guests and employees across all touch points Provide indirect leadership over Product Analysts (full-time/vendor/contractor) to help oversee day-to-day progress

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in relevant field; MBA preferred 4+ years of Technical Product Owner experience (Scrum Product Owner preferred) Experience with Agile software development methodology and collaboration tools (JIRA/Confluence or similar) Experience designing digital experience in mobile/web-based systems Experience digital product development or requirements development for software solutions preferred Exceptional communication, organizational, and project leadership skills Experience resolving technical, end-user, and business issues in a fast-moving organization Well-rounded point of view on user experience design to resolve complex issues Ability to effectively lead, work with, and support multi-track teams, while delivering quality results on time Proven analytical skills and experience successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously Online travel industry and tourism knowledge preferred
