RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Mid to Senior Product Owner in Miami, FL.

Summary:The Mid to Senior Product Owner helps shape and drive strategy. This position collaborates with various business, technology, and operations team members to collect, analyze, and synthesize requirements into product specifications and definitions. They also translate direction into requirement documents, mind maps, user stories, and product specifications.

Duties Include: Product Owner will prioritize the feature requirements and user stories developed into an agile backlog, managing the requirements throughout the agile development lifecycle Manage the feature development and defect backlog of the broad development team daily to ensure priorities adhere to the product strategy Attend daily scrums with development studios to help drive priority decisions and remove roadblocks Support multiple cross-functional teams/development studios to ensure a solid understanding of the defined scope Effectively communicate changes in direction or priority shifts to cross-functional teams As a Product Owner, you will provide frequent communication to product leaders on development progress, escalating any issues that could impact the budget, timeline, or strategic vision Partner with various departments to build and manage scope expectations Collaborate across the product team to ensure a seamless experience for guests and employees across all touch points

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in relevant field (MBA preferred) 4 years of Technical Product Owner experience (Scrum Product Owner preferred)
