RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client seeking a Product Analyst II in Miami, FL.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Product Analyst creates materials and rains associates on defined procedures and standards Work with business relations team and salesforce for training programs across teams within the company Begins to learn the market and major competitors

REQUIREMENTS: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team Must be flexible and readily adapt to changing priorities/tasks Ability to work under pressure, maintains composure and professionalism in a developing environment Demonstrates effective communication skills, verbal and written Demonstrates an understanding of the links between business drivers and IT processes

Technical Skills: Demonstrates an understanding of technology used in assigned area

Ability to: Executes assigned tasks with minimal supervision Quickly grasps technical and business concepts Reviews, analyzes, and modifies systems including configuring, testing, and deploying to support the needs of the business Independently solves technical problems in assigned area Collaborates with subject matter experts to assist in analysis and modelling of business processes and capabilities Utilizes reporting tools to extract and manipulate data Recognizes when to escalate to more senior associates Provides level 2 support functions Implements solutions in alignment with IT strategy and standards Application of systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users, to determine hardware, software, or system functional specifications; Or the design, development, documentation, analysis, creation, testing, or modification of computer systems or programs, including prototypes, based on and related to user or system design specifications; Or the design, documentation, testing, creation, or modification of computer programs related to machine operating systems; Or a combination of the above
