Job Description: Job ID: 2021-16904 Category: IT Posting Location: Miami, FL Region/Company: Lennar Corporate Overview The Lennar Product Owner is driving the product strategy and delivery. Product Owners will be responsible for understanding and executing the strategic direction of the portfolio that is being supported. The Product Owner will be responsible for translating that direction into product roadmaps, user stories, product specification to name a few. This role is responsible for collaborating with various business, technology and operations team members and leaders to help collect and analyze business requirements and outcomes to focus product strategy and direction. within Lennar. Responsibilities

  • Product Owner will advocate for the Customer
  • Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout theproject
  • Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
  • Defines, develops and manages product vision, strategies and roadmaps
  • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
  • Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
  • Assist in defining, measuring and monitoring product (KPI) performance and use as input into product roadmap definition
  • Evaluates need for new or changed business / product capabilities to respond to changing and competitive environment
  • Drives scoping, requirements definition, business case development and priority setting for initiatives in assigned area
  • Leverages an uncompromised approach to change management as it effects people, process and adoption of technology
  • Oversees product success, end to end (market assessment
  • Leads complex product / service delivery efforts
  • Sets analysis, requirements definition and change management direction / standards within assigned area; guides others
  • Deliver business value by working closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
  • Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
  • Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
  • Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
  • Conducts market, competitor, and industry research and assesses the business value and performance of solutions against capability needs
  • Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and newtrends
  • Recognized role model; mentors others across teams
  • Influences improvements of complex business and IT processes to enhance company performance
  • Leads product planning processes, initiatives and teams
  • Understands interdependencies and constraints across teams; guides cross team collaboration / prioritization
  • Effectively communicates plans and priorities at all levels and aligns across teams
  • Translates business strategies/goals into IT action plans to drive improvement of company performance; mentors others
  • Understands industry trends and application to Enterprise
  • Advises on options, risks, and impact of changes in the business to ensure long term sustainability
Qualifications Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Master's degree (preferably in Computer Science, Engineering or other relevant area) preferred or multiple certifications
  • Relatedexperience as a Product Owner for 10+ years

Physical Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires he position to have the ability to operate computer equipment.
