Role: Technical Business Analyst Location: Miami, Florida (REMOTE) Need Locals only to Miami, FL What You'll Do Assisting in creating the intake questions from Asana for review by the legal owner Testing the intakes in UAT Agiloft for all user types Creating analysis for business needs to plan for intakes, reporting, long term fixes Identify areas of opportunity Maintain database Become SME of Agiloft Long Term owner of Agiloft following implementation What We Want From You: Knowledge of Relational Databases, Excel, and other General IT skills to analyse problems and design/implement solutions. Working with IT support teams to resolve user issues. Collaboration with external venders to implement functionality. Influence processes change and assist the legal team in creating sustainable solutions. Experience capturing Functional, non-functional and user experience requirements.
