Job Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a RPA (The Robotics Process Automation) Developer for an opportunity with a client located in Miami, FL.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the RPA program both for the implementation of projects and delivery of service for RPA and analytics based process improvement solutions
  • Process includes identifying opportunities for solutions, defining and shaping project approach, analysis and requirements, driving insights and recommendations, and overseeing the design and delivery of ultimate solutions
  • Support basic approach of identification, validation, measurements, resource definition and implementation of business initiatives covering throughput, efficiency, effectiveness, and leveraging of people, process and systems
  • Responsible for the governance and controls requirement based on the RPA program to ensure adherence via the ITIL framework

Qualifications:

  • Two - four years of experience in a leading role within technical work streams or small IT / RPA / data analytics solutions delivery teams
  • Advanced experience with MS Visio as the go-to documentation platform
  • Experience in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, WCK, SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS
  • VBA, VB Scripts, SQL preferred knowledge
  • Experience delivering RPA solution designs and architectural patterns
  • Extensive experience with enterprise-wide business process improvement initiatives
  • Experience with cognitive technologies such as RPA, ML and AI
  • Understanding of the mortgage servicing/originations industry is desired
  • Familiarity with BPM, Waterfall, Agile and Lean project management approaches
  • Proven track record with 10+ member cross-functional teams, consisting of co-location, virtual, onsite, virtual and micro consulting
  • Familiarity with in-house & cloud data-intensive applications
  • Experience with data processing flowcharting techniques
  • Strong understanding of the organization's goals and objectives
  • Good knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws
  • An innovative, creative approach to problem solving
  • Ability to work efficiently and seamlessly within the technological and business domains
  • Formal training in Project Management disciplines
  • Ability to understand and re-engineer business processes
  • Embraces change, with solid project management skills
  • Work to tight deadlines and enjoy steep learning curve
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with changing priorities and time pressures
  • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests in a fast-paced environment; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Adept at process assessments and understands implications, opportunities, and challenges of applying RPA to different business domains
  • Effective interpersonal skills to influence and socialize the solution designs and architectural disciplines and patterns
  • Ability to establish trust and maintain relationships at multiple levels of an organization, including business stakeholders, senior managers, technologists, and vendors
  • Effective communication skills suitable for the management of and liaison with departmental staff and senior management, both on a one to one and one to many basis

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
