Client Account Coordinator - Job Title: MRO Client Service Advocate Reports To: Client Service Manager, Medical Information Services FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Summary: Responsible for serving as a direct point of contact for customers to provide requested information, training or resolution for reported issues by performing the following duties. Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 1. Set-up drug screening accounts with laboratories 2. Provide exceptional customer service to co-workers as well as clients. 3. Importing results sent from laboratories in order for them to be finalized. 4. Perform random selections for clients as needed. 5. Match up completed results with open orders or create a new order. 6. Setup clinics for additional services other than drug screening. 7. Arrange for collectors to perform urine drug screen collections at client s facility. 8. Data enter medical physicals and breath alcohol tests 9. Approve invoices sent from Corporate accounting office. 10. Review monthly billing 11. Order drug kit products from the manufacturer. 12. Reorder custody and control forms for existing accounts. 13. Call/Email/Fax collection sites in order to obtain necessary documentation 14. Any and all other duties relating to the drug screening process or deemed necessary by supervisor. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree GED ; and two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred, but not required. Language Ability: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Math Ability: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions and percentages. Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, live person chat capabilities, order processing systems and database software. Certificates and Licenses: Previous experience in drug screening industry preferred, but not required.
