Job Description: Apex Systems is seeking a Technical Support Specialist a major Agriculture Firm. This Support Engineer will help with the onboarding of new employees by imaging hardware, asset management, and access control by creating credentials.

Day to Day

• Imaging hardware
• Troubleshooting access issues
• Creating new user accounts
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Resolving inbound tickets
• Asset management, mailing out equipment.
• Tracking users and issues coming in.

MUST HAVES:

1.) Experience with asset tracking - hardware

2.) Strong customer service - interacting with newly aquired company resources

3.) 1 -2 Tier 2/3 support

CERTIFICATIONS:

A+ preferred

EXPERIENCE

• 2+ years experience supporting the MS-Windows environment
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals and concepts.
• Experience in plant production environments is preferred

This person will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to new users. Provide excellent customer service, coach and teach new users how to navigate through the companies equipment. Manage projects and the roll out of new packages.
