Digital Media Specialist (Python, SQL)

This role will support the development and data validation behind industry leading analytic operational support tools. The tools and data support the continued alignment of Ad Sales Advanced Targeting across TV and Digital platforms. The contractor in this role will be expected to:Learn and document existing analytics support tools and data sources.Build queries to support the creation of custom analytics applications in support of Linear/ Digital ad salesDaily data validation and application operational support tasks as directed by leadership.Explore new data sources across viewing platforms, and investigate ways to align the platforms based on broader strategic ad sales priorities. Important Skills and core responsibilities:supporting ad sales organization across DMED designing analytics process combining tv ad sales and digital ad sales needs background in media and media data support linear and tv tools will need digital lens as to how we sell ads to streaming platforms Python-expert level and SQL expert-will need to take over code Must learn code that has already been developed. Must know application development and different components of the process.3+ years of experience must understand the media industry Remote position and will consider anyone in the US as long as they will support west coast business hours Required SkillsPython coding, SQL, Data Engineering Experience, Media Background, Understanding of application development
