Join our world-class, innovative team today.Position Specific DescriptionSeeking a transactional attorney to support M&A and commercial transactions for NextEra’s utility scale solar generation and energy storage development and business management teams. The attorney would be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and assisting with commercial agreements and related items, including term sheets, ancillary agreements, amendments, and analyses, for purchase and sale agreements, joint development agreements, build-transfer agreements, renewable energy power purchase agreements, energy storage agreements, and other commercial agreements for solar generation and energy storage projects.
