Handyman with some plumbing skills

Need a skilled handyman with some plumbing experience. Other work is pretty routine handyman work.

- Install a new utility sink next to an existing sink by connecting to the existing plumbing

- Install a point-of-use water heater under a kitchen sink that is in another part of the building

- Screw on a base board running the length of a fence - about 75 feet

- Put up a screen on the chain link fence - about 75 feet long

- Replace AC filters in about 7 to 8 rooftop units

- Minor handyman work for 4 to 5 hours

If everything works out well, this could lead to a part-time maintenance job at this day care.

We figure about 4 days to complete the above work and are offering $1,200. You are welcome to come and look before taking the job. The job needs to be done between Dec 11 and Dec 15. Text me at 954-817-6438.
