Senior .NET Web Developer

The Advantage Design Group Web Developer helps facilitate website projects alongside a collaborative team that thrives on strong and supportive leadership. Our ideal Senior Web Developer will focus on executing CMS website construction through all phases of development while working with a team of designers and programmers, a project manager, and a creative director to help propel each project. This role will grant you exposure to new and emerging technologies, a friendly relaxed environment, and the flexibility to contribute innovative ideas and implement modern technologies.As our Senior Web Developer, you will:

• Act as mentor and advisor to junior developers
• Code and implement websites, web services and custom components utilizing C# in the .Net Framework >= 4.0
• Code, test, and debug software using Microsoft C# and the .NET Framework

• Collaborate with Requirements, Software Quality, and other development teams to ensure solutions are efficient, consistent, and fulfill business needs
• Apply accepted programming standards and techniques to assure efficient program logic and data manipulation
• Participate in designing, coding, testing, debugging, configuring, and documenting software
• Create, configure, and modify Continuous Delivery, Continuous Improvement, and Source Code Management tasks
• Develop and design Restful services and APIs

• $80,000 - $100,000 - base salary based skill match and experience

• 7+ years of experience designing/developing desktops applications and/or web applications with Microsoft .Net platform using C#

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

• Hands-on development experience with .NET.
• Solid fundamentals in OOP and OOD, design patterns, IOC, SOLID
• Comprehensive experience in Desktop and Web technologies (ASP.NET MVC, Web API, HTML5, jQuery, Knockout/Angular)
• Strong experience implementing SOAP, REST, and OData/WebSockets
• Experience with MS SQL or other DBMS
• Experience with SQL Server
• Experience developing with content management systems (CMS)
• Experience using Visual Studio & Git
• Server management experience - IIS, FTP, monitoring, debugging processes etc.
• DevOps

• Experience using Umbraco
• XML, AJAX, Razor, JavaScript, JSON experience
• SSO integration
• Experience with Azure infrastructure and cloud environments
