If you are scared of manual labor we are NOT FOR YOU Most of our jobs are in the construction industry and pay every single day. You must be physically capable of working 8-10 hours a day in the Florida heat. Some of the requirements are:

Be able to work in a TEAM environment, assisting/working along side co-workers and follow supervisory directions

Standing, bending and kneeling for prolonged periods of time.

Able to lift up to 30lbs - sometimes more

Work hard with a sense of urgency

Dig, spread and level construction materials

Lift, carry, hold and move tools and supplies as needed

Perform other duties as assigned

Bring your own lunch and water/drink each day

The ideal candidates will:

· Be able to provide valid documentation for the I-9 Immigration document.

· Display a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors and the general public at all times.

· Report to work on time.

· Be able to work 8-10 hours as needed

· Be willing to work outdoors in extreme temperatures, both hot and cold.

· Strictly adhere to safety requirements and procedures.

· Have the willingness to work in a team environment and assist co–workers or supervisors with other duties as required.

· Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required by our clients and OSHA - Work boots (no sneakers), long pants and a shirt with minuimum 4" sleeves. We can provide you with loaner hard hat, safety glasses and gloves.

· Be at least age 18 years of age due to nature of working environment.
