Our logistics client in Jacksonville, FL has an immediate opening for a Business Systems Analyst to join their growing IT department. This position can be remote or onsite in Jacksonville. Candidates with Transportation EDI experience are preferred. No sponsorship is available at this time.

responsibilities:

High Level Project Description:

Supports tasks related to the Land Transportation EDI implementation onboarding process.

Scope of Responsibility:

Gathers EDI requirements, works with Developers on mapping, and tests EDI solutions to ensure Production success

Mandatory Skills Needed:

Extensive customer relationship skills and confidence working directly with client's customers to determine EDI requirements Experience analyzing data integration and electronic data interchange (EDI) requirements Researches, defines, documents and translates business needs and objectives into system requirements that can be converted into applications

Desirable Skills:

Background in Transportation EDI preferable Sterling Integrator ANSI X12 (204, 210, 214, 300, 301, 304, 309, 310, 315, 323, 990) EDIFACT, XML FTP, SFTP, HTTP/S, AS2, VAN TMS Applications desired: Blue Yonder / TMW

Deliverables:

1 - Analyze data integration and EDI requirements

2 - Translate business needs and objectives into system requirements

3 - Develops test plan to test the solution and document results for review

4 - Deliver EDI implementations on time

5 - Provide project management
