Read more about our opportunity below Work you'll do Our team is looking for a Senior-level engineer/Developer to lead (and be hands on) for SailPoint IIQ development tasks our client's ICAM program. Responsibilities include:Hands on development and engineering

Mentoring junior developers

QAing work of junior developers

Lead engineering sessions with product owners and other client customers

Utilize IAM (Identity and Access Management) programs to enable federal clients to protect against digital identity risks.

Provide appropriate access to applications, systems, and data with advanced authentication.

Oversee the spread of information with privileged access management.

Verify identity utilizing a wide range of IAM solutions including HSPD-12, PIV, and advanced authentication methods.

Qualifications Required: Bachelor's Degree required preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related discipline

5+ years of SailPoint IIQ development experience

Should include designing, architecting, implementing, operating, and maintaining identity management and governance solutions supporting full identity lifecycle management, provisioning, role and group management, user access certifications, compliance, and access requests

Demonstrated experience leading teams and scoping and managing complex ICAM projects and providing strategic and technical advisory services.

Knowledge of cloud computing models (e.g. SaaS, PaaS, IaaS), zero trust security models, and mobile computing

Strong knowledge of HSPD-12/PIV/CAC, FIPS 201, FICAM, NIST SP 800-53, FISMA, and other federal ICAM-related directives, standards, and mandates.

Knowledge of SCIM, SOAP, REST and APIs

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance for this role

Travel up to 15%

Preferred: Project management skills

Prior professional services or federal consulting experience

Previous identity analytics experience

Experience in consumer identity and directory services

Certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP)
