Description

Robert Half is hiring a BI Developer. As the BI Developer, with general direction you will be developing requirements, design, document, test, validate, and support the Business Intelligence analytics, dashboards, and reporting solutions. This is an onsite role in Jacksonville, FL.

What you'll be doing:

• Collect requirements from multiple electoral for reports and dashboards to assist in effectively running the business.

• Understand database structures to determine data relationships and write views to build reports.

• Write views and other functions as required in databases to execute reports.

• Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel and build dashboards

• Work with/manage outside contractors to expand capacity.

• Collaborate with data engineering resources to provide business guidance for onboarding new data sources into the company's enterprise data platform and testing to ensure the accuracy of this data.

• Where appropriate, use Power Automate to create flows to collect data.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related field preferred.

• 3 years of experience in business analytics development and/or database programming.

• Proficiency in SQL programming for data analysis

• Experience with Power BI

• Must have demonstrated the ability to solve complex problems with minimal direction.

• The ability to work on multiple projects/tasks simultaneously to meet project deadlines for self and others as required.
