Our industry-leading client needs a Technical Support Specialist to join their team in Jacksonville.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Technical Support Specialist:

Provide guidance, support, and resolution for reported issues
Work across teams to restore service and/or identify and correct core problems
Record, track, and document problem-solving process for each ticket, including steps to final resolution
Troubleshoot and test fixes prior to closing tickets to ensure problems have been adequately resolved
Recommend system modifications to reduce user problems

Requirements of the Technical Support Specialist:

3+ years of technical experience working in a call center environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Teams and SharePoint
Experience using help desk software and ticketing systems
Knowledge of the basic networking environment
Hardware knowledge
