Our industry-leading client needs a Technical Support Specialist to join their team in Jacksonville.Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Responsibilities of the Technical Support Specialist:- Provide guidance, support, and resolution for reported issues
- Work across teams to restore service and/or identify and correct core problems
- Record, track, and document problem-solving process for each ticket, including steps to final resolution
- Troubleshoot and test fixes prior to closing tickets to ensure problems have been adequately resolved
- Recommend system modifications to reduce user problems
- 3+ years of technical experience working in a call center environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Teams and SharePoint
- Experience using help desk software and ticketing systems
- Knowledge of the basic networking environment
- Hardware knowledge
