Major responsibilities

- Works with the stakeholders to turn the project roadmap into executable results

- Rallies details from business analysts and technical leads into testimonials

- Creates detailed reporting to management on milestone completion, risk assessment, and project status

- Supplies the daily stand-ups, safeguarding they are brief, focused, and timely

- Creates and handles the sprint planning and grooming meetings and marks ticket assignments

- Assists to manage, identify, and classify risk for functional improvement requests

- Acquires and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business

- Operates as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - ensuring the team is working effectively, leading scrum ceremonies, and clearing obstacles

- Assist cross-product teams to manage dependencies

- Establishes project with proper ticket workflows and boards

- Work together to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap

- Prepares the RACI matrix for projects in a product line

- Works with and communicates with technical team members, designers, stakeholders, and developers

- In charge of project planning

- Ensures that the functional requirements are tracked, achievable, and met

- Sustain the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products

- Establishes schedules and milestones, manages project scope and timelines, and inputs from all other teams assigns to that product

Requirements

- Technical experience including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, etc.) and JIRA or similar application

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of education and work experience

- Knowledge of leading medium to large custom and/or complex software development and/or implementation projects

- Experience in utilizing resource tools to manage capacity, forecast, demand and allocation of people

- Comfortable managing complex cross-functional and technology projects

- Experience leading Agile delivery teams, projects and programs

- 5+ years of project management experience
