RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce's client in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Senior Management Consultant to join their team remotely.

Key Tasks: Senior Management Consultant delivers and provides a broad spectrum of consulting services, ranging from research, data analytics, business intelligence, technology optimization to productivity improvement, profit improvement and strategic advisory services to the financial services industry Leverages industry knowledge, technology, process, and organizational design expertise, and financial services best practices to deliver results for clients with the goal of improving profitability Consultants are experts in one or more of the following areas: data analytics, business intelligence, sales & service, business productivity improvement, revenue enhancement, technology optimization, organizational design, marketing excellence, financial service payments, financial service channel optimization, or strategic planning Understanding the industry, associated business challenges and opportunities for particular area of expertise is critical

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree and prior experience in banking/financial services or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in financial services or financial services consulting around business intelligence, data management, reporting and analytics Proficiency in utilizing SAP BusinessObjects especially Company IBS Business Intelligence Solution (BIC) Have robust understanding/expertise of data storage, consolidation and governance including data management/warehouse tools such as ETL, Oracle, database querying, ODBC, etc. Experience with data mapping
