job summary:

Randstad Technologies is currently seeking a Software Engineer - Data Integration. The Integrations role designs, implements, and tests data integration solutions. The position is a member of a broader technical Integration team focusing on the delivery of inbound and outbound data integrations with external clients, vendors, and internal system to system integrations. The role will work closely with business owners and stakeholders to ensure requirements are fully defined and meet business needs. The role will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to fully support the translation of requirements into technical deliverables utilizing a repeatable SDLC that ensures both quality and efficiency. They must have experience using an enterprise data management tool or custom software development in that subject area.

responsibilities:

Perform data analysis to evaluate and confirm business requirements
Assist in developing/validating source target mappings and transformation logic required to support information requirements
Create re-usable transformations and robust mappings
Optimize mappings for performance and implement complex business rules
Coordinate with BA, Operations, internal stakeholders and when appropriate external clients to ensure on-time quality delivery of integrations
Document best practices and guidelines for support teams
Develop test cases and test plans to complete the unit testing
Identify or gather Data Quality issues and implement remediation processes for both Data Quality Edits and Data Quality Analytics issues and risks
Prioritize and work multiple tasks across multiple projects
