Enterprise Overview:

The purpose of the role is to support and foster the overall service strategy for Wealth Management. The associate managers a diverse team, placing focus on mentoring, coaching and training, the business support structure, problem resolution and service efficiencies. Their broader responsibilities include identifying and implementing strategic service and technology solutions, working closely with business partners across diverse business to cultivate relationships with key stakeholders representing a broad range of functions and levels, as well as vendor and project management.

LOB Description:

The successful candidatewill be an individual contributor within the Private Bank Project Enablement Team with responsibility for managing small, medium and large technologyinitiatives on behalf ofPrivate Bank Operational units. The individualin this role willinteract closely with operations, technology and compliance teams to analyze, design and prepare formal business requirements, develop business cases and securetechnical cost estimatesto achievePrivate Bank Operationsbusiness objectives. The individual will be responsible for developing detailed project plans and managing all required project documentation, coordinate creation and execution oftest plans as well as the post production validation activitiesin support of technology releases. Additionally, the individual will coordinate efforts to capture, track and resolve issues arising during the course of project assignments to ensure successful outcomes. This individual will also provide ongoingproduction support for one or more applications leveraged by Private Bank Operations and coordinate production defect remediation activities between the line of business and Technologyas required.

Required Skills:
  • Project management experience managing projects related to enlacing back office applications.
  • Working familiarity with the Private BankCustody and Accountingplatform (PACE)
  • Familiarity with the Agile project process methodology.
  • The successful candidate will possess strong organizational, influencing and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
Desired Skills:
  • Broad-based experiential knowledge of Trust Operational processes (i.e.Trade Operations, Settlements, Asset Servicing, Corporate Actions, Fees, Billing)is stronglypreferred
  • Experience with JIRA or other Agile workflow tools
