Document Specialist

Kelly Services is now hiring for a Document Specialist located in Gainesville. This is a temp to hire opportunity on the 1st shift paying $15 hourly.DescriptionAssist Engineering and QA Supervisor in maintaining accurate and up to date inspection procedures.

Maintain accurate QA records and procedures. Initiate QA document changes through Quality System with required DCN approvals.

Ensure Quality records and procedures are organized and readily accessible.

Responsible for QA record retrieval during compliance audits.

Review Quality and Manufacturing lot history records for completeness and accuracy and authorize final lot release of products to distribution.

Initiate non-conformance reports and monitor trends related to required documentation improvements within the Manufacturing and Quality teams. Propose and initiate recommendations for improvements to the documentation system.

Ensure lot history reviews are conducted in a timely manner to ensure customer requirements are met.

Work closely with the Document Control team to ensure conformance with all applicable global compliance standards and regulations.

Assist and support other team members as necessary.
